🔧 How to install and use AnyDesk for remote support (Very easy and safe!)
Need help with your computer and someone has asked you for remote access? Don’t worry! Here we explain step by step how to install AnyDesk, a safe and very simple tool for receiving technical support.
✅ What is AnyDesk?
AnyDesk is a program that lets another person (someone you trust) connect to your computer to help you as if they were right in front of it. It is fast, free for personal use and safe.
1️⃣ Download AnyDesk
- Open your browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
- Go to the official page: 👉 http://anydesk.com
- Click on the Descargar or Download button (it will detect your operating system automatically).
- When it finishes downloading, you do not need to install anything. You just have to double-click on the file that was downloaded (usually in the “Downloads” folder).
2️⃣ Open AnyDesk
- When you open the program, you will see a window like this:

That number is your AnyDesk address. It is what you need to give to the person who is going to help you.
3️⃣ Share your address (but only with someone you trust)
📢 Very important: Only share your number with people you know and trust. That number lets another person connect to your computer (with your prior authorization).
4️⃣ Accept the connection
When they call or message you and say they are ready to connect:
- You will see a pop-up window asking for permission to connect.
- Click Accept only if you recognize the person.
🛡️ You can also see what they are doing on your screen at all times. If you do not like something, you can close the session at any time.
5️⃣ And that’s it! You now have remote support
You can talk by phone or video call while they help you, to understand what they are doing and resolve your doubts right away.
🔒 Security tips
- Never share your address with strangers.
- Do not accept connections if you do not know who it is.
- Close AnyDesk when you are not using it.
- You can uninstall or delete it when you no longer need it.
